The Priesthood of Aaron was conferred upon Noah a week ago today. Here is the history and record of his line of authority:
Noah B. Anderson was ordained a Deacon on June 1, 2008 by his father Brian K. Anderson.
Brian K. Anderson was ordained an Elder on Jan. 6, 1991 by his father Kent T. Anderson.
Kent T. Anderson was ordained an Elder in April, 1966 by his father Keith H. Anderson.
Keith H. Anderson was ordained a Seventy on February 22, 1959 by George Q. Morris.
George Q. Morris was ordained an Apostle on April 8, 1954 by David O McKay.
David O McKay was ordained an Apostle on April 9, 1906 by Joseph F. Smith.
Joseph F. Smith was was ordained an Apostle on July 1, 1866 by Brigham Young.
Brigham Young was ordained an Apostle on February 14, 1835 by Oliver Cowdery, David Whitmer, and Marin Harris (aka: The Three Witnesses).
The Three Witnessess were called to ordain the Twleve Apostles by the laying on of hands on February 14, 1835 through the Joseph Smith Jr., Sidney Rigdon, and Frederick G. Williams (aka: The Presidency).
Joseph Smith Jr. and Oliver Cowdery recieved the Melchizedek Priesthood in June, 1829 from Peter, James, and John (who are resurrected).
Peter, James, and John were ordained Apostles in approximately 30 AD by Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ obtained His authority from His FATHER (and ours) in the pre-existence.
